We have partnered with Chef Aaron Brown of Smokin' and Grillin' with AB to create this beautiful meat slicing and carving knife. Made from 256 layers of 1095 and 15n20 steels to make our Damascus metal and hand sharpened to a razors edge, this knife will make short work of that succulent smoked brisket or Thanksgiving Day turkey. At 2mm thin and a Rockwell Hardness just under 60, the blade is thin and has just enough flex for all slicing duties. This gorgeous knife will be a show stopper at your next dinner party or backyard barbecue. Up your meat game with this beautiful Signature Series Damascus steel slicing and carving knife by Smokin' and Grillin' with AB.

Why Forseti Steel?

Each Knife is Unique

All of our knives are made by hand and crafted one at a time. That is why no two knives are the same. The knife you receive will be similar to what you see on our site, but will be unique based on the natural materials used and individual craftsman that built the knife.

Beautiful, true Damascus steel knives. They set the table with elegance and class.

Love this knife! Compact design, nice grip, feels comfortable in your hand--very sharp blade! As a side for the ladies--it fits in the smallest of bags. You won't be disappointed if you buy it!
