Most orders are shipped the next business day after we receive your order.
Orders received on Fridays, after 12 p.m. MST, or over the weekend, will process and ship on the following Monday or business day.
We make every effort to ship USPS Priority Mail 2-Day and Priority Mail Express 1-Day requested orders the same business day we receive them. Orders should be received by 12 p.m. MST to ensure this service. Please note that weekend delivery is not guaranteed for these shipments.
Our goal is to ship all orders complete and on time. Occasionally we'll have an unplanned backorder situation. In this situation, we'll contact you with a notification or offer of a comparable substitute product.
Please note that shipping and delivery times stated are business days and do not include weekends or holidays.
We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. We will determine the best method for free shipping. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. 2-Day or Overnight Shipping is not available for free shipping.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order or change prices on a whim without notice. Same goes for promotions, we try not to make mistakes but if we do, we reserve the right to fix them in whatever way we deem necessary.
