Knife Subscription Support

Most changes or edits to your subscription can be handled by accessing your subscription dashboard. If you still need help. Please send us an email at support@forsetisteel.com. 
How to access your knife subscription dashboard
Method One: You received an email confirming the activation of your membership when you first signed up for it. In order to access your dashboard immediately, click the Manage subscription link in the email.

Method Two: To access your subscription dashboard directly from the website you must go into the account icon at the right top hand corner, then you should see a login portal that says Need help accessing your subscriptions?, click the link to be taken to the subscription login portal.

How to cancel your Forseti Steel knife subscription
Once in your subscription dashboard, click on Subscriptions then click on the subscription you want to edit (depending on how many subscriptions you have) scroll down to the where you see the Cancel subscription link. Follow the steps in the guide.
How to skip your next shipment
Once in your subscription dashboard, click on Subscriptions then click on the subscription you want to edit (depending on how many subscriptions you have) scroll down to the where you see the Skip this order link. Follow the steps in the guide.
Discount Subscriptions and Cancellations
If you have used a discount code to purchase your knife subscription, you must keep your subscription active for 2 knife shipments, after which you can cancel your subscription.

Or if you wish to return your first knife before your next knife shipment, you may do so by requesting a refund at support@forsetisteel.com. This will cancel your subscription and credit you any monies owed.
