We designed the Cattleman Damascus Steel Steak Knives to have a classic look that a cattleman or rancher would appreciate. It starts with the full-tang blade and tall height. These features, along with a long rose wood handle make it easy to cut through large pieces of meat. The high carbon content of the steel makes these knives incredibly sharp and easy to sharpen. Your dinner table will stand out with a set of these exquisite steak knives.

Care Instructions
1095 steel is a high-carbon steel and will rust if not dried and oiled after use. Do not put in dishwasher. Hand wash only with soap and hot water. Dry completely before oiling.

Beautiful and solid knives!
We have been searching for decent steak knives for a couple of years and finally found Cattleman Damascus Steel Steak Knives. Oh, my! They are beautiful to look at and they cut like a dream. We highly recommend them.
Customer service was also outstanding. We found the knives online a couple of weeks before Christmas. We ordered a set of four to try them out. When they exceeded our expectations, we ordered a second set of four. They all arrived before Christmas! We were astonished. Great Company - Great Product. Get yourself some -- You deserve it!
I like the knife but when I ordered the picture showed four knives and that’s what I thought I had ordered. When one came I was very disappointed. The picture is very misleading. I ordered some other steak knives and I guess I’ll just use that as a small carving or slicing knife.
