Very nice kitchen addition. I did however find it less than razor sharp which was surprising. After taking the time to sharpen it does the job. Use will tell how well it holds an edge.
My husband LOVED his Christmas gift! He’s been wanting a Damascus steel knife for a long time now! Engraving looks beautiful!
Overall I am pleased with the knife and its looks. It is well balance, sharp, looks and handles great. The only thing that would make it better and more comfortable to use would be a larger handle. My wife thinks the handle is fine, but for me a large diameter would feel more secure in my hand.
Beautiful knife, great damascus part and razor sharp. The only thing i'd change about this knife is it has a very small and thin handle. I have small hands and it is still noticeably small so keep that in mind if your hands are on the larger side.
I already own their Cuisinier knife and it is great but I wanted something with a deeper blade. This knife is a real winner and I use it all of the time. I find myself cooking more just because I want to use this knife. It is plenty sharp and easy to keep a good edge on. I can't recommend it enough.
