A Londoner generally refers to a person from London, England, but in our case, it refers to one of the greatest American novelist and adventurers ever to live. Jack London. London began roaming the world at the early age of 14 when he quit school. In his early years, Jack traveled to California to be part of the Klondike Gold Rush. His life was filled with incredible adventures, including, sailing to Hawaii and Australia, train hopping his way across the United States during the depression, writing as a war reporter, describing and photographing San Francisco after the 1906 earthquake, and building a ranch in Sonoma County.

It is with praise and admiration that we name our Damascus steel liner lock folding knife after Jack London. Reading his stories, we like to imagine that he would carry a unique knife such as this. A solid 3.5” blade is the centerpiece of this knife. The handle measures 4.5” and will fit perfectly into your hand. The scales are made from solid Tali wood. A robust liner lock will click firmly into place as you open the knife, locking the blade in an open position. A thumb opener makes it easy to flip open this knife and we have included a handmade leather sheath and wood presentation box. Not only is this an exquisite work of craftsmanship but it is the perfect gift for the knife lover in your life.

Beautiful BUT!!!!!!!

I finally got the notification that this was back in stock and hopped on it immediately. First things first... the knife is BEAUTIFUL.
But now the bad things, the knife is off center and cant be adjusted because of a hinge pin of some sort. no screws. I have to PULL the knife open. Secondly the inside was FILTHY. it was so full of grinding residue. when opening you can physically hear and feel the residue, it doesn't open smoothly. 15 Q-tips (30 if you count both sides ) and a good 40 mis of cleaning later. I still have to pull it open its still off center, but at least the grinding sound it gone when opening and closing. Being a mechanical engineer by degree. I would highly recommend tighter quality control on your products. and maybe pull random samples to verify quality. Outside of its amazing appearance. I was overall disappointed.

Disappointed

I have several of your other knives petitions. Very disappointing. If you were looking for some kind of rustic, looking knife, you might be OK with it, but the scales were very unfinished looking.

Very nice

It's a great designed knife. Very sharp as expected. I got it for my brother as a gift. It just so happened on the day I gave it to him he had just lost a s&w he had. He seemed to thrilled with it. I will definitely get one for myself. I would just like for the blade to be a bit longer that would be my only knock.

Why Forseti Steel?

Each Knife is Unique

All of our knives are made by hand and crafted one at a time. That is why no two knives are the same. The knife you receive will be similar to what you see on our site, but will be unique based on the natural materials used and individual craftsman that built the knife.

Testimonials

Beautiful, true Damascus steel knives. They set the table with elegance and class.

Love this knife! Compact design, nice grip, feels comfortable in your hand--very sharp blade! As a side for the ladies--it fits in the smallest of bags. You won't be disappointed if you buy it!
