The Denton Damascus Steel Steak Knife Set is a premium set of knives you and your family will love. Named in honor of the cattlemen who pastured their herds in the Grand Prairie area of Denton County Texas. Part of the Cattle Kingdom of the 19th century, Denton County was the home to many famous cattle brands. Burk Burnett, whose legendary "Four Sixes" brand got his start in Denton, was one of the pioneers of the cattle industry. Other notable cattlemen from Denton included John Chisum and his famous "Jingle Bob" and "Long Rail" brands and Crow Wright with his "Chain 7" brand. These men helped shape the cattle industry which is still a large part of the Texas economy and culture. 

The Denton Damascus Steel Steak Knife has an exquisite 4.5" Damascus steel blade and is adorned with a stag antler handle. A stainless steel bolster and end cap balance this full-tang knife. A full hollow grind makes for a thin and very sharp knife that will make short work of any meat you are serving. Care Instructions

1095 steel is a high-carbon steel and will rust if not dried and oiled after use. Do not put in dishwasher. Hand wash only with soap and hot water. Dry completely before oiling.
