We have been searching for decent steak knives for a couple of years and finally found Cattleman Damascus Steel Steak Knives. Oh, my! They are beautiful to look at and they cut like a dream. We highly recommend them.
Customer service was also outstanding. We found the knives online a couple of weeks before Christmas. We ordered a set of four to try them out.
